Astero partners is a french company (SAS, deposited capital of 10 000 €), domiciled at 71 rue du Cardinal Lemoine, 75005 Paris, owned and represented by Mr Alexis Jean-Jacques Nohen (also acting editorial director). The site asteropartners.com (the “Site”) is hosted by OVH, SAS au capital de 10 059 500 €, RCS Lille Métropole 424 761 419.

Astero partners (“Astero partners” or “we”) provides its content subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By consulting, making reference to or otherwise using this Site, you agree to the stated Terms and Conditions. While we will strive to make any significant modification to the Terms clear to all users, you are therefore invited to regularly check them. The Terms have been drafted on October 20th, 2015.

1. Privacy policy

Astero partners works as an intermediation agent between corporations willing to strike partnerships, mainly commercial partnerships and share purchase agreements. Astero partners collects information and data on the commercial, financial and operational features of its potential clients. Astero Partners will treat the entirety of this information or data with the same standards of confidentiality that it uses for its own critical information or data. While Astero partners works as an information broker, no information of a confidential nature will be used for purposes other than that of the website without prior written consent from the party having submitted the information.

Will be considered as confidential the information or data usually protected in the normal course of the merger and acquisition and fundraising businesses and information or data flagged as confidential by the party having submitted the information. Astero Partners cannot be held responsible for divulgating information that would normally not be deemed as confidential material in the normal course of its business, if that information had not been preliminarily flagged by the party having submitted the information.

Astero partners will store all information submitted through the website on a database housed with OVH.  Astero partners cannot be held responsible for information divulgation linked to OVH.

2. Copyrights

All content and functionality on the Site, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, and images and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of Astero Partners or its licensors and is protected by French and EU copyright laws.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Some of the pictures were purchased on a non-exclusive basis and rights of use  can be purchased from their copyrights holders.

3. Trademarks

The trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos (collectively, the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of Astero Partners. You agree that you will not use Trademarks for advertising or promotion purposes, or for professional advise purposes, whether in the areas of Astero partners activity or otherwise. You do not have the right any of the Trademarks without the prior written consent from Astero partners.

4. Use of site content and disclaimer

Astero partners hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and download, display, and print one copy of the content that is displayed on the Site and reserved to your category of user. Astero partners reserves privileged information and data to its members enjoying specific website access and perks. You are of course not allowed to modify the content, the functionalities or the images on the Site. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, post, or disclose the Site content without Astero Partners’ prior written consent.

5. Information and posts submitted by users

Information or data submitted by the Site users on the chat devices, or comments below articles remain the propriety of the divulgating party. The said divulgating party however grants the host a free and unlimited license to use, reproduce, translate or otherwise exploit this content. Neither Astero partners nor OVH (the host) could be held responsible for any piracy or adverse duplication of this content.

6. Right of access and modification of submitted information

The information or data collected on the Site will be used for preliminary business case assessments and client profiling to send adequate newsletters and other commercial information to registered users. In accordance with law “informatique et liberté” of 6 january 1978, as last amended in 2004, you enjoy a right of access and modification of this information.
